How much do consultants at C1 typically travel?
The majority of our work is conducted from our offices, with travel as needed for project kickoffs, in-person market research, interim meetings, and final presentations.

How many projects will employees be staffed on at once?
All staff are typically on multiple projects simultaneously which allows team members to quickly gain a broad range of experience during their time at C1.

Where are C1 offices located?
We currently have 3 offices: San Francisco, CA; Summit, NJ (located just outside of New York City); and Atlanta, GA.

What is the average time to promotion?
We do not have a set time to promotion, but we function as a meritocracy and our small size combined with strong growth allows new employees to quickly gain new skills and take on more responsibility.

Where do C1 alumni typically go should they leave the company?
The broad exposure gained through consulting experience at C1 prepares employees well for entrance into top graduate programs, as well as positions within leading pharma/biotech corporations.

What training does C1 provide new recruits?
Training at C1 consists of both formal and informal components:

•Formal Components
As a new recruit you will undergo a brief "new employee" orientation to introduce you to C1's work and culture. All new team members are also assinged a mentor who will provide general support, as well as career development/guidance.

You will also receive periodic training on a range of topics, such as technical skills or general pharmaceutical industry knowledge through 'lunch-and-learn' sessions. Additional technical training is also offered via off-site sources.

•Informal Components
As a smaller company, C1 relies heavily on 'on the job' training. Successful C1 employees can excel in a flat, less structured environment by delving into new areas and learning new skills from experienced staff while working on actual projects.
