Recruiting Process:

Submit a cover letter and resume to resumes@c1consulting.com
Your cover letter must answer critical questions:

• Why are you interested in biotech consulting?
• Why have you chosen to apply to C1 Consulting?
• What skills and assets do you possess that will help our company?

Your resume/CV is the best avenue to highlight your skills. It should cover the following important categories:

• Education - Include major, GPA, relevant test scores, research topics, and academic honors/prizes
• Experience - Describe jobs you have had, what you did and results of your work (remember, work-study jobs and internships tell a lot about your skills, too)
• Activities/leadership - Describe your extra-curricular activities and past leadership experiences
• Special skills - Such as software or foreign language skills

Interview Steps

First round interviews at C1 are phone interviews. If your resume matches our needs, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview during which you will be asked questions about your resume, your current or former position(s), your analytical skills, etc. During the phone interview you will have an opportunity to ask questions about C1.
Second round interviews are web conferencing interviews conducted via Skype or similar software application. Web conferencing interviews involve online Aptitude and Time Management tests as well as a behavioral interview.
Third round interviews are in-person interviews held in one of our offices. In-person interviews consist of 2 cases, a 15 minute presentation, and additional opportunity for candidates to ask questions about C1.
Before the in-person interview we will need you to provide:

• Copy of undergrad and grad transcripts (does not need to be official)
• Writing sample (2 pages, would be best if it includes some analytic thought)
